3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, templates, and content you create or upload to LegalDraft.pro ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Content.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI assistant is provided to you under a perpetual, royalty-free license for use in your legal practice. You may edit, distribute, and use AI-generated content without restriction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service (except authorized APIs)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and branding, is owned by LegalDraft.pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Our template library is provided for use within the Service only. Templates may not be redistributed or sold separately.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and within the application. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
• Payment is processed by Stripe using secure payment methods
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

LegalDraft.pro is a drafting tool, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALDRAFT.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Legal malpractice claims arising from use of AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalDraft.pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your Content or documents you create using the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may export Your Content for 30 days after termination
• We will delete Your Content after the 30-day period unless required by law
• Provisions regarding ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
